RULES
Noctarier is an English Open Agency, built to collect various moon phase mysteries that will be solved in several phases.
1. Welcomes all types of role-player account, Gen, MVRP, MMRP, OCRP (with the background story listed on the profile).
Adjust your story later with the story that Noctarier has.
2. We're an English-based agency, we're only using English for our interaction both in timeline and direct message.
3. Each story will be categorized as an adult story to avoid discomfort from muses who may be underage. Minimum age is 20 years old.
4. Maximum of two agencies, including us.
5. We do not tolerate actions that make members uncomfortable during their time with us. So, avoid dramas, inside/local jokes and problems that can interfere with the comfort of others.

GUIDER
Daphne Ashcroft will lead you through each phase. She was born on November 11, 1991, during the moon's waning crescent phase. She is the only child of the Ashcroft family. Her father is a diplomat and her mother is well-known neurosurgeon. Through her family's genetic heritage, she is an intellectually gifted and versatile woman.
